Background on Auction:
The WCTE Great TV Auction is celebrating 31 years as a premier event in the middle TN region. User of the WCTE web site can bid on major gifts during our televised event, via another media. All proceeds from the televised fund-raising event directly benefit the WCTE PBS station (located in Cookeville, TN). Hundreds of volunteers make this event happen. Donors from national, regional and local corporations contribute items for auction and sponsorship dollars to pay for this event. The Great TV Auction covers 31 counties in TN, KY, AL and GA and over TWO million viewers tune in each week.
